Korsac
Six months after the start of the civil war in Chernarus, the opposing forces gained a foothold on the border between Northern and Southern Zagoria. After several weeks of intense fighting, 1st Strike Brigade of the ChDKZ forces, formed from veterans of the former airborne units of the Chernarus army, manages to capture soviet warehouses on the northern approaches to the territory of the Korsak region. The ChDKZ militants have a significant number of armored vehicles at their disposal, along with ample supplies of shells for heavy artillery, and their commanders are planning a major offensive operation on the regional center of Rostock with the goal of seizing a crucial airfield in the border region. Having received intelligence data, government forces are deploying 3rd Quick Response Brigade to the Rostock area, with the support of allied forces represented by the 82nd Airborne Division of the United States Army, stationed in neighboring Takistan.

We're all here to enjoy the game we play, so the biggest rule is to NOT BREAK THE
SPIRIT OF THE GAME. If you realize you're doing something, that isn't covered by the rules, but you
wouldn't like it, if an opponent was doing it and it made you really mad, don't do it. In case you're not
sure, you can always contact the administrator, as they will have the final say. This is here just in case
something that isn't covered by the rules happens, so the game administrator can put a stop to it.
- Slotting
- solo players slot after squads have slotted and will serve as a balancing force
- it's permitted to slot people that did not fit in your communities squad into a different squad with
the permission of that squad's community
- these people can either join their community or play and stay with the ones they are slotted
with
- it's forbidden to take over a slot that was owned by someone else during the mission in case of a
disconnect without that person's approval
- squad leaders have the right to forbid solo players from joining their squad
- this can be overruled by the game administrator
- it's forbidden to take specialty slots from squads without leadership
- it's forbidden to steal equipment from the reserve squad by any other squad
- Teamkilling
- it's forbidden to intentionally teamkill or destroy friendly vehicles and equipment
- teamkills are something that happens, it's part of the game
- there is no reason to be abusive towards people that teamkilled you, as it could be a genuine
mistake
- it's wanted that a person that teamkilled apologizes to the victim
- killing a bot during warmup to take its equipment is forbidden (striping him is allowed)
- Chain of Command
- it's required to follow the chain of command
- even when HQ sends you to your death, it's expected you'll follow HQs commands
- Lonewolf
- it's forbidden to separate from your squad and go for solo adventures
- this is not the case for players joining a different squad
- it's allowed to split the squad into fireteams that cooperate during task fulfillment
- there is no hard distance limit, as long as people in the squad work together and cooperate, it will
not be considered lone wolfing
- for example:
- having forward observers on hilltops in a bigger area
- preparing an ambush from different sides
- letting a small group/individual who wasn't caught in a firefight to flank the enemies to aid in
said firefight
- in the case of the last survivor, it's recommended that he tries to establish communications with
HQ/different squad and tries to get orders
- HQ can use this player as a squad of one
- this rule does not apply to vehicles assigned to squads, as those may be required elsewhere for some
period of time if requested by HQ
- Misc
- stealing uniforms, vests and helmets is forbidden
- it's allowed to steal enemy equipment
- this includes radios, weapons, GPSs, etc.
- it's allowed to steal enemy vehicles
- it's allowed to listen to enemy radios and gain information
- it's forbidden to attack enemy spawn positions in the first ten minutes of the game
- it's forbidden to create barricades and restrict access to the mission objective
- it's forbidden to use a script error to your advantage
- for example, being able to move a vehicle that was supposed to be stationary
- it's forbidden to intentionally reveal the positions of friendly squads
- be it by saying where they are to the enemy
- shooting in the air to make noise
- playing songs through TFAR on yelling
- etc.
- it's forbidden to transport troops in sling-loaded vehicles
- it's forbidden to drop sling-loaded equipment on enemy positions
- it's forbidden to intentionally ram lighter vehicles into heavier vehicles
- UAZ can't ram a T-72, but T-72 can ram UAZ
- suicide drones are an exception
- a suicide drone is a drone that has explosives with remote detonation strapped onto it
- infantry and ground vehicles can not leave the map
- planes and helicopters, even when carrying infantry, are allowed to leave the map
- Cheats
- it's forbidden to use any exploits or external and internal tools,
which grant the user an advantage over others
- this includes classic cheats
- this includes Arma bugs
- this includes textures disappearing
- it's forbidden to watch streams of the game to gain additional information
- this applies only while alive
- it's forbidden to communicate with anyone also playing the game elsewhere than by the normal
channels - TFAR, Map markers
- even when communicating with someone not playing the game, it's forbidden for them to give you
information about the game
